Cant add links or pictures or movies oh my!

Hello, as you all can see when posting a comment or a post such as this, you have options to add links and pictures and video's and such. Well, i cannot do any of those :( the only way for me to add a link is to copy and paste the url. The only way for me to add a picture is drag and drop, and i can't, as far as i am aware, add a movie at all. Please help! lol. Thank you.
